Change Request Description:

This change request outlines the architectural and functional modifications required to transition the application from its current hosting environment to a dedicated on-premises data center. The primary goal is to ensure the application looks to optimize local network routing and ensure high-speed interconnects between application and database tiers.

Change Impact:

Setting up the physical local environment (compute, memory, and disk space) must match or exceed current production specifications. To do so, we'll need to repurpose servers intended for the 2020 refresh
