Vendor slow in responding
Issue Description:
Copmp Troller has been slow in responding to ducument requests from IT. AVM doc was to be delivered 04/07, but no sign of doc
Issue Resolution:
Tomas Verde has been slow to respond, several key players have been OOO. Documents not delivered, calls not returned, meetings not scheduled. Unclear of issue on Tomas Verde side.
